This will be the first in-person CAUL meeting in three years, with the last one being in Brisbane in September 2019, so we are looking forward to seeing as many Council Members as possible. This meeting is also open to all senior leaders (regardless of job title) who report to, and deputise for, the University Librarian or equivalent. With the advent of the new Deputy University Librarians Network in early 2022, the previous terminology of "plus one" has been dropped and the invitation to attend this meeting is extended to all members of the Deputy ULs Network (as registered on the associated email list).
Update on 7 September 2022: 35 of 39 Australian CAUL Members are registered along with 4 of 8 CONZUL Members. 41 members of the Deputy University Librarians Network have registered.
Registration
Registration is now closed.
Registration is free for Council Members and covers the meeting and catering on both days. A subsidised registration fee of $90 per person will apply to members of the Deputy ULs Network, covering the meeting and catering (lunches/teas) on both days.
Council Members unable to attend may nominate one of their deputies as a substitute (proxy delegate) to whom the free registraton will be applied.
The cost of any CAUL-organised social events are not included in the registration fee and are charged on a cost-recovery basis for both Council Members and Deputy UL Network members. Charges are $56 per person for Drinks & Canapes (Council Members and Deputy UL Network members) at Aerial UTS Function Centre and $135 per Council Member for the Council Dinner at Gavroche.
Payment for registration and social events can be made online when registering, or an invoice can be requested at registration submission. Registrants may need to check their Junk Mail folder for the auto-generated email confirmation from info@eventsairmail.com.
