Governance

CAUL is an incorporated association registered in the Australian Capital Territory. The association is governed by a Constitution and managed by a Board of Directors.

Annual general meetings

An annual general meeting (AGM) is held once per calendar year. 

Strategy

The Board establishes CAUL’s strategic direction, articulated in a three-year strategy. The strategy is developed through a consultative process involving CAUL Members. Find out more about CAUL’s strategy.

Reporting

CAUL reports on its performance annually through the Year in Review, prepared for the previous calendar year (see the 2024 and the 2023 reports) and delivered as part of the AGM. All of the previous Year in Review reports are available from our document library.
