Content Procurement Committee

The Content Procurement Committee is a strategic advisory committee that oversees the Content Procurement Service and governs the CAUL Consortium on behalf of the Board. 

Terms of reference

The Committee operates in accordance with the Terms of Reference – Content Procurement Committee. 

Members

The Committee consists of:

  • a CAUL Board Director who is appointed as Chair
  • two Council Members, appointed by the Board from self-nominations
  • one representative of CONZUL nominated by the CONZUL Members 
  • two Content Coordinators, selected by the Chair in consultation with the broader Committee from nominations made by Council Members and shortlisted by the Director, Content Procurement
  • the Director, Content Procurement (ex-officio member)
  • the Associate Director, Content Procurement (ex-officio member).

Council, CONZUL, and Content Coordinator representatives are appointed for two years. The term is renewable once for CAUL and CONZUL representatives and not renewable for Content Coordinator representatives.
