CAUL and RLUK are delighted to announce two Pathways to Open webinars taking place on Thursday 30 April, hosted collaboratively from Australia and the UK. These Events will be convened by Jane Angel, CEO, CAUL and William Nixon, Deputy Executive Director, RLUK on behalf of the International Alliance of Research Library Associations (IARLA).
These one‑hour Zoom webinars will celebrate repositories as essential global scholarly infrastructure and spotlight the leadership role research libraries play in advancing Open Access (OA). They are free to attend and open to all.
About the Sessions
Across both webinars, speakers will explore the critical contributions repositories make to expanding access to research and data, with insights on:
- Leading and implementing effective OA policies
- Building and sustaining robust, interoperable, community‑driven repository infrastructure
- Collaborating internationally to strengthen global openness
