Equity, diversity and inclusion survey project report

In 2021, the Council of Australian University Librarians (CAUL) identified equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) as a strategic priority. The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Survey Project was established as a first step in prioritising EDI. The intention was to fill a gap in the evidence base related to the diversity profile and state of EDI initiatives across the sector in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand so that future activities could be grounded in an empirical understanding of the current state of the sector
