Resource sharing model clause
In response to requests by CAUL Consortium participants to increase the number of publishers that allow resource sharing, the CAUL Content Procurement Service, in conjunction with the Australian Libraries Copyright Committee (ALCC) and CAVAL, developed a model clause.

Open access agreement reporting requirements
Publishers with an open access agreement for CAUL Consortium participants must supply regular publication reports.
